  D & A is the best. I brought a home before and during the one year warranty it was difficult to get the builder to come by and fix the problems that weren't discovered before closing. Not only was D & A quick to respond and resolve the issues, even after the year was up they still responded to any problem that come up and pointed me in the right direction for help. All their staff were courteous and they worked hard to satisfy are needs. I recommend everyone I meet who wants to buy or build a home to them. The finish is outstanding.

  Fantastic Company, Quality, & Customer Service!!! As a Realtor in the Middle Georgia area, I have worked with D&A Development for many years on multiple projects with my clients as well as myself and have enjoyed my experiences with them as well as everyone on their team. The time they give to each client and the attention to detail is hands down the best in the business. They use high quality products and materials to construct absolutely breathtaking homes that are sure to not disappoint. When I decided to build a new home for myself and my husband, there was not a question as to what company I would select to construct my personal home - D&A Development was my #1 choice and I could not be happier with my decision.
